The information gathered is used only to contact customers in regards to our debt negotiation, debt settlement, and credit repair services or mortgage or other loan services as they have requested.

Customer Service: email address, first name, last name, and state. This information is used to find a solution to your problem and/or to answer your question(s).

Promotions and Surveys : Contests, sweepstakes, other promotions or surveys may be offered on the Company's website. In conjunction with such promotions or surveys, the Company may ask for personally identifiable information related to the topic of the survey, entry in the promotion, prize notification or fulfillment. The Company reserves the right to publish the winner's name in its promotional materials.

Information form third party sources: The Company may on occasions combine information it receives online with information it has obtained through third party sources to enhance its ability to market those products or services that may be of interest to you.

User Tracking: Session Cookies Elite Financial Solutions generally uses "session cookies" to assist with user tracking. User tracking (or "click-stream") data is used to optimize your experience by learning whether or not you successfully used Elite Financial Solutions. This information is used to switch your service, pay for your service, and contact you if need be. These forms are SSL-encrypted, and are monitored by VeriSign for your security.

Affiliate Program: email address, address, phone number, URL, first and last name, company name, social security number, business tax classification and site information. This information is used to investigate affiliate opportunities, pay affiliates, and keep affiliates informed of important changes.

(In all cases where we collect a zip code, it is used for demographic analysis.)

When you sign-up for services on sites to which Elite Financial Solutions provides links, keep in mind you will be interacting with a third party that operates under its own privacy and security policies.
